DES, 26, HUMAN, JARED PADALECKI let me introduce you to desmond grimm. this is probably the only normal thing about this guy as it's about to get a little weird. des is a 26 year old human, but that's not just what he is. he's super big, which intimidates alot of people. just cause he's over 6'8 and weighs more than 200 pounds of muscle, doesn't mean that you can't get to know him. he tries not to use his size to his advantage, but there are times where he does, but i'll tell you why later. when he was younger, he suffered an accident. des originally was able to see and talk to ghosts due to that accident leaving him legally dead for 6 minutes. so lets get into the details shall we? when des was younger, him and his family were almost constantly moving around due to his father's job. More often than not they were in a new city every other month until the settled down in Lytle Creek into a house that everyone told them was haunted. None of the Grimm's believed this and so they lived in that house anyways. When Des was 8, a fire broke out and burned the place down to the ground, with little Des trapped in one of the rooms. Miracously, he survived almost perfectly unharmed, minus the fact that he was dead when they found him. It took 6 minutes to revive him, and when he woke, the first thing he saw was a 20 year old woman looking concerned for him. Des still bears the burn scars along his left shoulder and arm from that accident today. Anyways, the next few days, he was in hospital and even though his family were there almost every day, they were always followed by that same woman he had seen that day of the fire. Whenever he asked his family about her though, they always told him that there was no one there. Since that day, he's been able to see ghosts everywhere that he goes. Growing up, he learned to live with that, and even made a few ghost friends. One of them being that woman he had seen Cassandra. She ended up being his mentor and the only person he could truly confide him as he grew up. He told her about his school troubles, his girl troubles and every type of trouble that he had. Eventually she became so protective of him that she actually ended up killing his parents, believing them to be the cause of his problems. Furious with her he moved away. But now he's back in Lytle Creek, hoping that she has moved on. So let me tell you a bit about his personality. Des has next to nothing in the style of anger. he's super patient and his comfortable around almost everyone. since he's able to see and talk to ghosts, he is also actually able to sense were someone died, or a death echo. since he can see "death" he is full of advice and seems wiser than his actual age. don't let this fool you though, des is more than willing to have fun. he's also a bit of a romantic and isn't afraid to do things that other men feel is girly. mikey is a lady killer?! of caution 2.0 |
